I have extensive experience taking photographs of food for design projects and social media. Food is finicky and deflates quickly – seconds can mean the difference between an attractive cocktail and a sweaty, half-melted mess. I’m accustomed to working with chefs and kitchen teams to organize and execute photoshoots; a plated food shoot requires solid leadership and direction to orchestrate the items being photographed and avoid a delicious entree congealing on the counter before their date with the lightbox.
